Froberg's Farm

We had a wonderful afternoom strawberry picking at Froberg's Farm. The weather was great! We picked 15 pounds of strawberries. Froberg's is in Alvin, TX it is open from 9am till 6pm everyday except holidays.

Lilly wouldn't let go of the basket, not even when it got full and weighed 5 pounds!

One half full basket of strawberries!

I love this tree!

Me berry picking in the field.

One almost full basket!

Lilly and Daddy in the store after picking the strawberries.

The SWEETEST strawberry of all!

Go Jimmer, and The Rest of the BYU team!

"You ask, What is our aim? I can answer with one word: Victory—victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory there is no survival." Winston Churchill
My family will definately be watching the game today! Maybe I can even get Lilly to say "Go Jimmer!" again.

My Creations

Lately I've been keeping busy by creating things. I've been making shoes and dresses and scrapbooking.

I made these for my newest nephew.

I'm thinking about making more shoes and other baby things to sell on etsy. I've also made two covers for kindles, I'm also working on a quilt for Christmas (I've been working on it since Christmas 2008) hopefully I'll get it done before this Christmas.

Lilly modeling the shoes I made for her.

I have also designed a rocking giraffe and elephant, my father-in-law built them and I painted them. Unfortunately the computer that has the elephant pictures is having problems so I can't add a photo of it.

Painting the giraffe.

Lilly on the giraffe, getting tired.

I'm also going to be making the flower girl dresses for one of my best friend's wedding. Lilly and my friends daughter are going to be the flower girls.

This one's For Kimmie

My good friend Kimmie told me I should start a blog about two years ago at the time I thought I don't have time for that! Now I have even less time, but writting seems like a great way to relax and I get to share the funny things that go on in my home with the world. I have a 19 month old girl who is learning something new every day.

Here is my girl that is always keeping me on my toes!
